Dr. Doaa Elwasly is a Specialist in the Department of Internal Medicine at the Al Barsha and Al Barsha South branches of Medcare Medical Centre in Dubai. She obtained her MBBS, then her Masters as well as PhD in Internal Medicine from the well-known Ain Shams University in Cairo in Egypt. She further qualified herself with a Fellowship of Clinical Transplantation accredited by the American Association of Continued Medical Education. She is a member of the European Renal Association (ERA) and the Egyptian Society of Nephrology and Transplantation (EDTA).

Dr. Elwasly spent many years as a Lecturer and Consultant of Internal Medicine and Nephrology at the Ain Shams University Hospitals. She then moved to the UAE, as a Specialist in Internal Medicine practising first at Prime Hospital in Al Garhoud, Dubai and then at Sheikh Khalifa Medical City in Ajman. She also did a stint at Dubai Healthcare City before joining Medcare as a Specialist in Internal Medicine.

With more than a decade of experience in the field of Internal Medicine, Dr. Elwasly is an extremely dedicated professional.
