Change Your Toothbrush at Least Every 3 Months
Most dentists will recommend you change over to new toothbrushes every three months at the very least.

Brush Your Teeth With Lemon Juice and Baking Soda Once A Week.

Brush With Activated Charcoal.
Activated charcoal is excellent at absorbing tannins. Tannins are a compound found in teeth staining drinks such as coffee, juice and tea. Activated charcoal toothpaste and products have grown significantly popular in recent times.
Reason being is because it helps to remove stains in teeth, in faster and safer ways. However, don’t get confused between activated charcoal and plain charcoal. It is essential to ensure food grade variety of charcoal is used for oral health purposes.
Avoid buying products that are unknown or not validated as safe for teeth whitening use. Dip your toothbrush into activated charcoal powder and brush onto your teeth as usual. Some brands have come out with toothpaste containing activated charcoal in them that you can also use.
